The site looks a mess - what happened to the formatting?

The page layout and design are done using a web language called CSS, which is the recommended layout tool for various reasons. If the page looks messy then most likely your browser doesn't support CSS. Older versions of browsers won't, most current versions will. The site should still be legible and usable without it.

You can download the latest versions of some popular browsers here (links open in a new window):
Internet Explorer
Firefox
Opera

The top header bar on the page is blank

Most likely your browser either doesn't support JavaScript or has it turned off. You may need to upgrade your browser. This bar contains the date. Also, without JavaScript, the 'Productions' dropdown menu will not function in some browsers.
