This site is best viewed in a CSS-capable browser with JavaScript enabled (NB this is the default setting).
This site has been tested on PC (Windows XP) in Internet Explorer 7.0 and 6.0, Firefox 3.0 and 2.0, Opera 9.5 and 8.5, Safari 3.1 and Flock 1.2 and on MAC (OS-X) in Safari 3.0, Firefox 3.0 and Camino 1.6.
This site validates as CSS 2.1 and XHTML 1.0. These validation marks mean this site should display properly in all browsers, on all operating systems and
be accessible to users of screen readers and other browsing aids.
W3C and other recommendations on accessibility for users of screen readers and those with other special browsing needs have been followed wherever possible. This site has been tested for accessibility with Wave 4.0 and Vischeck. Efforts are continuing.

The page layout and design are done using a web language called CSS, which is the recommended layout tool for
various reasons. If the page looks messy then most likely your browser doesn't support CSS. Older versions of browsers
won't, most current versions will. The site should still be legible and usable without it.
